our commitments
An estate committed, honestly
Produce that comes from nearby, habits kept day to day, and nothing we could not show you.
We would rather say what we actually do than display intentions. What follows can be checked: our suppliers have names, and they are a few kilometres away.

at the table
Home cooking, fresh seasonal produce
The fish comes from the fishmonger in Eu, a little over a kilometre away. The meat comes from local producers. The apple juice is artisanal, made in Seine-Maritime. The menu follows the seasons because the deliveries do.

on the estate
Honey from our bees
Hives are set up in the park. The honey is served at breakfast: it is the shortest supply chain we can offer, and the easiest to verify — the hives are a few steps from the dining room.
day to day
What we hold to
Recycling
In the kitchen as in the rooms, sorting is in place and monitored.
Water and electricity
Teams and guests are made aware of consumption, without making a speech of it.
Charging points
Charging points for electric vehicles are available in the estate car park.
Carbon footprint
The estate measures its footprint to know where to act, rather than estimating it.
networks & initiatives
Who we work with
The estate takes part in sustainable tourism and quality-of-working-life initiatives, alongside the Chlorophylle, Clef Verte, Peace & Work and Territoria networks.
