The contact form is the only point of collection on the site. It gathers your name, your e-mail address, the subject of your enquiry and your message. The telephone number is optional and is only requested so that we can call you back if you wish.

No other data is collected: browsing the site involves no profiling, no visitor statistics and no recording of behaviour.

This data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor used for advertising purposes.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request when you contact us about a stay, a service or an event, and the estate’s legitimate interest in replying to its correspondents in other cases.

Two technical providers are involved: Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Chypre) for hosting the site, and Resend (Resend, Inc., États-Unis) for delivering the form’s e-mails. As the latter is established outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Neither provider uses your data for any purpose of its own.

Enquiries received through the form are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Data required to meet accounting or legal obligations is kept for the period laid down by the applicable regulations.

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising network, no share button loaded from a social network, and no typeface called from a third-party server — the fonts are hosted with the site.

A single piece of information is stored in your browser’s session memory: a marker recording that you have already opened the site, so that the welcome animation plays only once. It contains no identifier, cannot be used to recognise you, and disappears when the tab is closed.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict its processing. You may exercise these rights by post at the registered office address given above, providing proof of identity.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is not stored on the site’s server: it is forwarded by e-mail to the estate’s mailbox.

This policy describes how the site works as at its last update. It will be revised if new processing is introduced, in particular if an online booking engine, a newsletter or an analytics tool is added.
