history of the domaine

A family home since 1971

Isabelle d’Orléans-Bragance, comtesse de Paris
Isabelle d’Orléans-Bragance (1911–2003), Countess of Paris, descendant of Louis-Philippe
Blason de la famille d’Orléans
Coat of arms of the House of Orléans

Before it became a hotel, the Domaine belonged to Isabelle d’Orléans-Bragance, Countess of Paris and a descendant of Louis-Philippe. From her time here, the place retains a singular elegance and history.

The coat of arms of the House of Orléans recalls that past. Taken over in 1971 and saved from neglect, restored little by little, the Domaine has since been a family home, passed down and cared for from one generation to the next.
